	30 Day Return Policy Spark of Ice is confident that our fine quality jewelry will meet your expectation. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return your order within 30 days from the date of shipment for a refund or exchange. How to return an item: 1. Obtain Return Authorization code- Call Spark of Ice toll free at 888-502-4774 to obtain a Return Authorization Code. Write this number on the return form 2. Package Your Item - Package your item securely and all its original packing material including the certificate and any gifts that might have been received. Put the Return Authorization number on the outside of the box. Do not indicate the content of the package on the outside of the box. 3. Shipping Your Package - Ship your item to us by registered mail. Insure your package for a full value of the item and request a return receipt. Send To: S.O.I 580 5th Ave, Suite 206 NY, NY 10036 4. Refund - When we receive your package, our Quality Assurance Department will verify the condition and authenticity of the returned item(s). A refund will be issued within 10 business days. Please allow one month billing cycle for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. C Conditions Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, altered, resized by a jeweler other than Spark of Ice, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Returns with no Authorization Code, and packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused.
