If I send you a picture of a certain jewelry piece, could you make it for me?
Yes. We would be glad to create your special design. We have professional model makers, who specialize in custom work. You can e-mail us details of your design.

Can we visit your showroom?
Yes, we welcome customers in the area to our office by appointments only. You can make an appointment by calling us at 888-502-4774.

Is it safe to buy diamond jewelry online?

Can you ship to an address other than my billing address?
Shipments made to an address different from your billing address must be verified with your credit card company. Please contact your credit card company and provide them with the shipping address to expedite the shipping process.

What if my order is left while I am not home?
All orders are shipped with a Signature Requirement. This means that the courier cannot deliver a package without your signature

What is your return policy?
Spark of Ice offers a 30-day return or exchange policy on all jewelry products. Custom and special ordered items may not be returned. Refunds do not include shipping charges or re-stocking fees, if applicable.

How long does it take to get my order?
We make every effort to get your order to you as soon as possible. In-stock items are generally shipped within 3-5 business days. Custom orders may take longer to process. Ask our Customer Service Representatives for shipping details when you place your order.

Are all items listed on you website always available?
Due to high volume of orders, all items are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock, a sales representative will contact you directly and help you choose a comparable item
